Piccola Casa ( CIR00503700001) ist ein kleines antikes Dorfhäuschen im alten Kern von Cessole. Das Häuschen wurde 2018 vollständig restauriert und in ein kleines Designschmuckstück verwandelt. Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. La casa si trova sulle alture liguri nel Comune di Osiglia. E' in campagna in una tranquilla borgata silenziosa. E' indipendente, su due livelli. Al piano terra si trovano la cucina ed il bagno. Al piano superiore, salendo una scala con gradini in pietra, si accede alle camere da letto separate da una sala. Nella sala è posto un bagno di servizio per le due camere matrimoniali. Fuori c'è un grande giardino dove si può mangiare sotto un pergolato di vite vergine. Il giardino è tutto cintato.

Al piano superiore si trovano la camera patronale con terrazzino privato ed una vista mare mozzafiato, il suo bagno ed una zona relax con divano e l'accesso diretto ad una splendida terrazza con tettoia ombreggiante. Al Piano inferiore troviamo la seconda camera da letto con il suo bagno con doccia. Al piano terra si trovano anche la sala con il grande divano, la sala da pranzo e la cucina accessoriata.

Al centro di un ampio prato ai margini del bosco, la nostra casa, un antico essiccatoio per castagne, è stata ristrutturata nel 2022 con materiali locali come pietra di Langa e castagno, integrando moderne tecnologie, aria condizionata , ricarica per auto elettriche ed un gazebo dove rilassarsi all'aperto. Nei dintorni si trovano splendidi percorsi per Mountain Bike e Trekking, mentre in mezz'ora d'auto si raggiungono il Mare Ligure e le Langhe, con i loro celebri paesaggi, vini e cucina.
