Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

No kitchen but does include mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee/filter, & Culligan hot/cold filtered water. Murphy queen bed in bedroom & Queen highend sleeper couch in living room!

This is one bedroom with a queen bed, a Frontgate queen bed (stored in closet) , 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar and eat in area for 4. There is a large outdoor eating and seating area for 4 to 6. There is a private walkway to the unit and an outdoor shower. The property is located on the ocean side of Atlantic Avenue so there is no crossing a busy street to get to the beach.
