Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Enjoy a peaceful setting on 5 acres with a stocked fishing pond. 1 bedroom(additional queen murphy bed in living room)/1.5 bath with washer and dryer for extended stays. Close to local ballfields if traveling with a team. Fiber optic wifi, tv's, full kitchen, king bed, fully furnished. Plug ins available to hookup your EV charger. Banks Valley Guest Ranch - 1 Bed/1Ba Guest house

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.
