Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

An ideal Honeymoon/ Getaway Crib. The Studio overlooks the Remarkable Mountain Range & Lake Wakatipu. It has a unique rustic feel filled with character. Foremost the Studio proudly boasts one of the best views in the area at anytime of day. It's privacy & character ensures you feel relaxed so be left in no doubt that you'll have a nice experience looking at the view from your private balcony while sipping your fav drink. It's like a hotel room with limited kitchen facilities & no laundry.

You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

We are walking distance to the lake, bush walks & biking tracks, playground and family-friendly activities with animals to feed chooks and sometimes dogs You will love the tranquil surrounds of Bobs Cove and its mountain views. Sit back and relax and listen to the calls of the bellbirds & tui's We are on copper wire so basic wifi is fine for emailing and basic connections but if you are wanting to download movies etc we advise you do this prior to arriving at Bellbird Cottage

Newly renovated studio apartment in sunny Kelvin Heights, From the apartment it is a 20 min drive to Queenstown, 5 min drive to Frankton & airport, or a 3 min walk to a water taxi that takes you on a short scenic boat ride into downtown Queenstown. Just a two-minute walk to cafés & bakerys, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.
