Cathy was great to deal with. She was very prompt in her response to any question we had and extremely proactive in ensuring we were informed of all the information we needed for our stay. The house in located in a nice community and has easy access to all you need in the area.

Loved our stay! Plenty of room for 4 families (cousins that grew up together!) and our kids. The older kids loved the game room with pool and ping pong, & the kayaks & paddleboards. Nice to have life jackets for our use! The younger kids loved playing in huge grassy yard, hammock swinging, kayaking, and building forts in the "kids" TV room (w/ foosball table and three twin beds). There was so much space inside and outside to hang out with our large family. Many places to sit, and floor space for two babies to roam. Kitchen was well stocked with most things you should need. Beautiful setting, and the adults loved sitting on the screened porches, chairs by the fire pit and admiring the peaceful lake and sunsets. Well stocked with towels, and some beach towels too. Owner was easy to communicate with and flexible on check-in and check-out times, which was appreciated with the chaos of herding kids! There are a LOT of stairs, which wasn't an issue for us, but something to note.

Joel and Giovi were exceptional hosts! Both very helpful and kind! During my stay I even learned to drive stick, and shoot a firearm! They are both military and very disciplined and responsible regarding that and in their daily lives. The unit was perfect for my parents and pets while I was evacuating. Very high ceilings. Quality hard tile floors. Classic entertainment systems. Pool table. Swimming pool. The privacy and security with a brick wall and gate helped put my parents at ease in their first Airbnb. My father now talks about renovating our house!

Loved Stephen's place! The kitchen was so so well stocked! I love to cook and it had all kitchen essentials. TV was big! Linens were so thick and bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this Airbnb...i will be returning. The beautiful Camilla bushes in bloom were a pleasant surprise...I had flowers every day. Very comfortable for the week.

This house was perfect for my wedding party for my wedding at Catawba Falls. Super close, plenty to do, lots of space, and peaceful on the water. Anthony was very responsive as well as proactive with his communication. 5/5!
