Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Ranch Guest Suite

Peaceful, quiet and private guest house on 20 acres near the town of Penn Valley in Nevada County, California. Our place has a remote feel but is only 25 minutes from Grass Valley. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

Sweet 101 is a bright, clean and private Bungalow in walking distance to downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fairgrounds. The Bungalow sleeps 2 but could accommodate up to 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and TV provided. On and off street parking. Located less than a block from a large City park with great play equipment for the kids. A great jumping off point to explore the Gold Country or to cocoon in the Sierra foothills.
