Restaurants, boulangerie et services à proximité... Appartement de standing : 2pièces + coin montagne de 52m² au 2ème étage. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (2ch). Pièce de vie spacieuse ouverte sur cuisine entièrement équipée et sur balcon. Casier à skis avec sèche-chaussures et place de parking boxée (rare à l’Alpe)!

At Emma's, character!

Alpe d'Huez Houses offers you this 65m2 with 2 bedrooms of good size with a spacious bathroom, a living room under the slope with a very nice height and a mountain view due South in Vieil Alpe and its roofs but clear. The apartment accommodates 4 people very comfortably, has a parking space in a garage box in a closed garage, and a ski room on the ground floor. We particularly like Chez Emma, ??because it gives the impression of being in a small independent chalet. To discover!
