The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

Located in the heart of the peninsula in the Golden Square (Grolee district), the street has only Haussmann Lyonnais buildings! In a cozy and bourgeois building, this magnificent apartment with elevator on the top floor and its 2 master suites will offer you all modern comforts. Pleasant 2-bedroom for 2 to 4 people

Furnished 3* located in the heart of the hamlet of Ramponnet, in the municipality of Menthon Saint Bernard, 15 minutes from the village center on foot. The 60 m2 accommodation has a separate entrance, a first level with living room and kitchen; upstairs 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One bedroom with a double bed and desk, the second with two single beds. A garden with 2 lounge chairs. Bike storage and shared laundry with another place.
