The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. ** We have had previous problems with a neighbour but as of 10/11/2025 he has been evicted so no longer can causes a problem and peace has resumed ** Our Beautiful Seaside home is located in the centre of St Annes on Sea , 2 mins walk from the restaurants and shops and 5 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach and Pier. Our house has four bedrooms all with their own private bathroom. There is an outdoor private patio area with dining tables , outdoor sofa and a BBQ. Driveway for 2 cars

Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx
