Monthly Rentals in Lanchester

Fantastic stay at Laburnum Cottage. It has a great central location for shops, pubs and restaurants and there is lots to do close by. The cottage is spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything you could want or need has been thought of and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely venue. Maybe a little cluttered, but was immaculately clean beneath that. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept like logs. We particularly enjoyed the games room - we brought our own board games which we enjoyed at the large 8 seater table but had an amazing time. Jeff was a great host, and had left a selection of fruit/chocolate out, as well as some fresh eggs which were much appreciated. There is a great public footpath besides the cottage which leads into a beautiful woodland area which is worth a walk too. Would highly recommend - especially for the price this was fantastic.

A great 3 night stay whilst visiting family in the local area. Room was clean and spacious bed was comfy and the room had all amenities we needed for a few days. En-suite clean with a nice large shower and plenty of hot water, The area was lovely and quiet, easy to get to, instructions were clear and parking easy. Great place set aside in nature. Andrew is a fantastic host that’s super responsive and friendly. Place matches the description and is well heated when cold.
