The house is nestled in the Alps - about 10 minutes' drive from the valley town of Zams - ideal for up to 4 people. Self-catering house 10 to 30 people close to the center of the castle, close to the supermarket, bus stop, at the ski resort, nearby cable cars (bike trails). Great view of mountains. Every room with sink. Rental to only 1 group, in winter from 10 people, in summer on request also below. Large kitchen with dishwasher and usual equipment, dining room, lounge with fireplace, various balconies, ample parking behind the house. Free wi-fi. Panoramic view of castle, mountains and village.

Our house is ideal for larger groups to have fine hours. In summer, barbecue on the terrace; in winter, in the cozy lounge with a tiled stove. The stop to the Hochzeiger or the Pitztal Glacier is right next to the house. The village center is only a 5-minute walk away. To Area 47, for rafting or canyoning, you have a travel time of 20-30 minutes. From mid-June to the end of August, only bookings from 7 days. A short-stay surcharge will be charged for up to 3 nights.
