Cette maison est notre résidence principale, nous la mettons à votre disposition durant nos séjours à l'étranger.

This stone house, completely renovated in 2023, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac that turns into a winding path through the dunes to the white sandy beaches. Very maritime atmosphere, the garden lined with pine trees, the smells of iodine and salt, the south-facing courtyard that allows you to enjoy the slightest ray of sunshine in any season... Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity).
