We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. No traffic, no noise, just lush greenery in front of the terrace: treat yourself to a break in the quiet garden studio in Bodenmais. The studio offers a compact, well-equipped kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, underground parking and much more. Start the day on the garden terrace with a coffee before heading out into nature for a hike, a ride on the Silberbergbahn cable car or a mountain bike ride. The day can end in the evening in the in-house lounge with a final game of billiards and good conversation.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the Bavarian Forest in the beautiful town of Regen, right on the Schwarzer Regen river. A shopping mall, as well as restaurants and shops serving daily needs, are within walking distance. Some hiking trails start right behind the house. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package (oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more). We are also happy to fulfill individual requests.

The large apartment is on the ground floor (1-5 people). The living room with couch and satellite TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 rooms with double beds 180 x 200 cm, 1 room with single bed 140 x 200 cm. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and mirror complete the overall picture.
