This beautiful studio is located above the garage with a private entrance under the carport. The studio has a fairytale view of the mill and the fields behind the house. You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

COVID-19 2022: It is possible to stay contactless. B&B Het Kantoor is located in the friendly village of Sint Pancras. Ideal for a trip to Alkmaar which is just 5 kilometres away. The coastal towns of Bergen and Egmond are easily reachable by car of bicycle. The B&B contains a separate bedroom with an box spring bed and a living room with coffee corner, fridge, microwave, TV and free WiFi. It also contains a private bathroom with walk in shower and washstand.

Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bike clubs and families, who do not want to sit in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's house, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
