A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Modernized on an ongoing basis. The home contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Hyggelig og rummelig ferielejlighed på 110m2. Den indeholder badeværelse, stort køkken og stor stue, hvorfra der er skøn udsigt over Nakkebølle fjord. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).

Enjoy the peace and quiet of our charming farmhouse from 1857. The house is peacefully located next to a small lake and in rural surroundings. It is centrally located on Langeland with lovely beaches just a short drive away. It is not possible to use public transport to the address.
