The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the centre. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Football pitch and playground are just around the corner. We have a beautiful view of the Rhine Valley. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The holiday apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenzerwald in the sunny community of Lingenau. With its 35 sqm of living space, it offers space for two people. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, fridge, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.
