New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building from around 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Restaurants, shops and a lovely golf course are just a few minutes' walk away. At present, our guests are required to clean the holiday apartment themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for the holiday apartment is waived and only the €45 cleaning fee for bed linen and towels is charged under 'Bed linen fee' (information under 'Additional rules').

Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute little house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the dike and the Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with organic infrared heating, and we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable in other ways as well. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and enjoy a wide view across the field. Everything is wonderfully relaxing.

Welcome to my modern country house, lovingly renovated in 2022. Wooden floors, a cozy fireplace, and a natural stone countertop create a warm atmosphere. Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!

North Sea: Cozy vacation home right on the dike

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.

Our apartment is located in the former residential area of a historic and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dyke, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian expanse and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded, private weekend residential area. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings and very well equipped. It's heavenly there at any time of year and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
