Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

The guest apartment is located directly on campus, yet close to nature. If you have problems with pets, insects or feathered friends, you should not read any further. The city center is a 3-minute walk away, while the Festhalle and the city park are less than 5 minutes away on foot. From there, you can take various hikes through the Thuringian Forest (e.g. to the Kickelhahn or to Manebach).

Our cottage awaits you in Ilmenau, directly on the Ilm. The listed building has been lovingly restored and offers all the comforts that beautify a stay. After 100 meters, you are also right in downtown Ilmenau. Shopping is right around.

The property is located only 200 m from the city center in the green "Village Quarter." Shady location, so it stays pleasantly cool in the summer. The style is simple-traditional (built 1983 GDR).
