25 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator. Beach opposite the residence (courtyard side window). Free street parking, secure common courtyard to put your bike. The bed (140 × 200 cm) is made on your arrival, provision of a bath towel and a hand towel per person (regardless of the length of your stay).
