Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Relax in our accommodation in the countryside and yet only 5 minutes' drive from Hartberg (A2 exit). The holiday apartment is located in the living room of our house, which we live on the upper floor. Near the house, you will find numerous paths for walking and hiking: Ringwarte, St. Anna's Church, Pöllauberg with the pilgrimage church and the Masenberg. Both the Bad Waltersdorf thermal baths and the H2O thermal baths can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Alle Bereiche sind barrierefrei erreichbar! Unsere Gäste können zusätzlich zum Apartment mit Balkon den 2300m2 großen Wellness- und Spa Bereich des Spa Resorts Styria kostenlos nutzen. Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 3,5 € p. P. / Nacht muss bei Abreise im Hotel bezahlt werden.

The Kellerstöckl has been renovated, deliberately preserved and furnished in its original state. Less is more - immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of former country life - with minimal technology. You can also use our orchard and adjacent forests for relaxing walks or enjoy a day of swimming at the nearby lakes or thermal baths.

Experience relaxing days in our sunny apartment in Semriach! Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious terrace, which invites you to relax and linger. The private garden offers space to play and is ideal for cozy barbecues or an outdoor breakfast. The Lurgrotte, the town center and the outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door. The cultural highlights of Graz are a short drive.

The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: upstairs room height is only 1.60 m)

The apartment, furnished in an extravagant style, is located on the second floor. Kitchen with espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine as well as terrace and view of the countryside, TV and Internet await you. Bathroom with rain shower and walk-in closet.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
