Waterfront house.

Typical Breton house completely refurbished with the beach within a 50-meter walk as well as the famous customs trail (GR34) Breathtaking view of the sea. The highest lighthouse in Europe and the highest in the world made of granite is in front of you. A small beach for swimming and access to the islands are directly outside the house. The salty air and the sound of the waves will accompany you during your Breton stay at the house. The rest is in the photos on the listing. 😉

House close to the beaches.

Welcome to Landéda, in the heart of the Pays des Abers, close to the village, beaches and port. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining and lounge areas as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. A desk area is also available to guests. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor, you will find the dormitory furnished with 4 single beds. All you have to do is enjoy!

A spacious terrace features wicker chairs and a table, with large glass doors opening to a well-lit living area. The view of the harbor and surrounding landscape is visible through the expansive windows, enhancing the open and airy ambiance.

Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). A full itinerary!
