Welcome to this new studio attached to our house with a separate entrance, parking, in a cul-de-sac, close to shops (market on Wednesday mornings), between the Aber Benoît and the Aber Wrac'h, 5 km from the fine sandy beaches, and 20 minutes from Brest. Located on the V45 bike route, it will also be the starting point for hikes (GR34), discovering the Pays des Abers, the Côte des Légendes, the Islands (Ouessant, Molène, Batz, ...), pretty cities: Morlaix, Landerneau, Roscoff, Le Conquet ...

Located near the village of Ploudalmézeau, in a quiet and residential street and not far from the seaside (Portsall...)! An ideal base for exploring the Pays d'Iroise and Finistère (GR34, fine sandy beaches, 'glaz' coloured waters, Pays des Abers, Ile Vierge lighthouse, Molène and Ouessant islands, Iroise marine nature park, Côte des Légendes, Brest, etc.).

Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). This is the perfect base from which to explore the Abers, the coast of legends, and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in northern Finistère.

You will appreciate my accommodation for its original decor, its location a 5-minute walk from the beach, and its tranquillity. My accommodation is perfect for couples, families (with children) and four-legged companions, as the garden is enclosed. There is a supplement for sheets and towels: 20 euros for 2 people and 5 euros for each additional person. Electricity and water are extra, house equipped with a heat pump for heating.
