New house located in Lanvéoc, in a subdivision under construction, 300 m from the village where you will find a bakery, a butcher/delicatessen, a convenience store, restaurants and pharmacy. For the enjoyment of children and sports enthusiasts, Lanvéoc has two tennis courts (open to all), a sports complex and a playground. A bike path (greenway) is accessible 50 m from the house and allows you to reach Crozon or Camaret on a pleasant and shaded route. 2 km from the beach.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven School of Painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to get there. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 metres from the city centre and museum and close to the harbour.

Exceptional location on the Crozon peninsula for this apartment overlooking Morgat Bay and its beach. In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.
