Allison went above and beyond for myself and my family during our stay. We stayed during the Christmas holidays and she made sure to take the time to decorate for us and even put up a little Christmas tree for our son! The home was beautiful, clean with lots of charm, and the views were breathtaking!! We really enjoyed our stay and Allison was always quick to respond if we ever had any questions. Highly recommend!

Donatas was an amazing host! He was so so responsive and checked in with us a couple of times throughout our stay. He cleaned out our tub and got it ready for whichever time we requested - the tub was the highlight, absolutely beautiful!! The pictures are amazing online but seeing how beautiful the place is in person is just unbelievable. It’s so peaceful hearing the sounds of water and the birds. The place was also spotless and super cosy! Will 1000000% be coming back here, so sad our stay is over already🥹 but will be back and some of my friends have already booked! 10/10 overall💛

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Myself and 8 girlfriends checked in for the night and had a lovely dinner and cosy chats by the fire followed by great sleeps in comfy beds! Mark and Caroline couldn’t have done more for us, they were so responsive but also so helpful and generous. They left a huge welcome goody pack full of treats, and even went out and bought us champagne flutes! We will definitely be back 💜

Really incredible property, was not what I was expecting at all. They have provided all the extras you could possibly need from cleaning products, coffees, blankets, the list goes on. Anita was very easy to talk too and provided all the information needed to help us with our stay. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Pat was so kind and his place is beautiful! It’s was within perfect walking distance to the Greenfields festival that we went to this weekend! It was wonderful being able to walk around the town as well with the Blue Barroway right around the corner! He was also very helpful in offering tips on how to drive around Ireland in the next leg of our journey. Whenever I find myself in Athy again I’ll be back!

Adorable Cabin in the Countryside

Yvonne’s place is super clean and has all the amenities you would need for a break away. The host left us a lovely bowl of fruit, a variety of cereals, pain au choclaits, fresh orange juice, water and milk. And of course there was tea and coffee available also which was very welcome after our long journey. The cabin is very bright with natural light flowing in and very cosy. We were welcomed by Yvonne and her beautiful dogs on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Yvonne for everything.😊👍If we’re down that way again we’ll be checking in with you. Highly recommend.🌟

This is a really lovely AirBnB. As a group of 50 something men on a college reunion it was perfect to relax have a chat, a few beers and sleep in beautiful relaxing surroundings. Monica was very responsive and helpful and everything was easy to find.. Highly recommended.

The place was as described and as shown in the pictures. It was situated a short drive from Portlaoise, but far enough away to be peacefully quiet. Great links to Dublin and surrounding areas. Helen was available upon us getting to the accommodation and was very friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault the stay, it had everything we needed for our family of four. We would definitely considering returning in the future 👍🏻

My husband and I came to Ireland wanting the true authentic version of Ireland. To do that, we came to Athy. Michael's airbnb is not only lovely but perfectly situated in a quaint town close to train stations , grocery stores, businesses, and pubs. I didn't realize coming here that I would receive more than just a standard airbnb stay. I expected the wifi, laundry, and such, but what I didn't expect was the love, kindness, and graciousness of Micheal. Our first morning we awoke to a thoughtfully prepared breakfast of porridge; He even bothered running to the store to buy oatmilk to accommodate our diet. Then he gave us a tour of the town and local pub, Clancys. During our stay we traveled through much of Ireland searching for all the raw Irish experiences we could find. From Dublin, to galway, our best adventures were found right here with Michael. He has truly become part of our family and it has been our pleasure and honor to stay with him. My family had such a nice stay at the piano house. Tom and Mona were super friendly and were quick to respond to anything we needed. The house is so spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. It was such good value for the location and all the house had to offer. We will definitely be back.

A new quiet place to stay near Clanard Court Hotel

I came to Athy for the Festival of Gardens and Nature in Ballintubbert. Marianne was sweet to lend me her bike but it was a trek. If one doesnt have a car, expect to pay a bit for cabfare. Its in a private development. Very safe comfy and quiet. Marianne is lovely

Large home in beautiful village

Great place for a larger group. We booked it at the last minute as we wanted a break on our way back from The Dingle Peninsula to the ferry at Dublin. some of the rooms are above the pub next door and this may affect light sleepers.
