Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Experiences for example Sauna, ice swim, ice fishing, snowmobiling or Santa on site (plus huskies, reindeer) at additional cost.

Completed in 2023 with architect Otso Virtanen and the interior designed by Fyra, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Finnish spruce defines the warm interior, complementing the Arctic surroundings. Filled with natural light, it features a cosy living area, modern kitchen, and a master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after days of adventure.

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Keväälle 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Äkäslompolon palveluiden ja aktiviteettien läheisyydessä. Valaistut hiihtoladut, skibussi/bussipysäkki ja kesällä uimaranta sijaitsevat kävelymatkan päässä. Pyöräilemään ja patikoimaan pääsee suoraan lomahuvilan pihasta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle perheelle, useammalle sukupolvelle tai vaikka aikuisporukassa aktiivilomaa viettäville. Yksitasoisesta huvilasta löytyy 4 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi erillistä wc:tä.

Hut Eno on skandinaavinen, tyylikäs ja tunnelmallinen mökki joen rannassa, omassa rauhassa Suomen Lapissa. Suuret ikkunat tuovat ympäröivän metsän ja luonnon lähelle joka tilassa. Joen rauhoittava virta rentouttaa sohvalle asti. Takkatulen loimu lämmittää niin mökkiä kuin vierailijan mieltä. Mökissä on kaikki modernit mukavuudet ja vähän enemmänkin. 4 hiihtokeskusta löytyy noin tunnin matkan sisältä. Kaupat ja palvelut lähellä vaikka saatkin olla omassa rauhassa.

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Tunnelmallinen kelomökki rinteiden vierestä. 140m2 kelomökki 4 erillisellä makuuhuoneella. Talvikota sijaitsee lähellä laskettelurinteitä Vuosselissa. Mökiltä matkaa rinteisiin on n. 450m, joka taittuu helposti kävellen tai suksilla ⛷ Mökkiin mahtuu helposti suurikin ryhmä, mutta on tunnelmallinen myös vaikka romanttisesti kahdestaan.
