The cottage has all the modern amenities and a little more. 4 ski resorts can be found within an hour or so. Shops and services nearby, even if you can be on your own.

House is located 3 km from the Rovaniemi city center. This house is suitable for couples, small groups and families with children. Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.

Rauhala, Lake Cottage

Authentic Finnish cabin, situated by a lake, in the privacy of a forest with no light pollution. Enjoy auroras with sauna, and a cold bath in the frozen lake Has electrical heating with a fireplace, BBQ building, unlimited warm water, Incinerating toilet You can reach the cabin via 10km of dirt road, (20km Rvn). Due to irregular road maintenance and unpredictable weather, a 4 wheel drive car is recommended. We can also offer transportation.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

An atmospheric log cabin next to the slopes. 140m2 log cabin with 4 separate bedrooms. The winter hut is located close to the ski slopes in Vuosseli. The distance from the cottage to the slopes is about 450m, which is easily covered on foot or on skis. ⛷ The cottage can easily accommodate even the largest group, but it is also atmospheric even for a romantic couple.
