Mökissä suihku ja vesi-wc. Uusi hirsisauna, jonka lauteilta näkyy upea järvimaisema. Saunan yhteydessä myös puulämmitteinen kylpytynnyri. Matala hiekkaranta sopii myös lapsille. Tontille tuo yksityisyyttä puusto ja aita. Ympäristö sopii luonnosta ja ulkoilusta nauttimiseen. Ei lemmikkejä.
