Lovingly renovated apartment in our 17 century French farm, with a private entrance and courtyard garden. La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Off road parking, free secure wifi, garden furniture and a BBQ. Open all year.

At the start of many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Bridge and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!

The cottage "Les Berges du Lac"offers a nature and coconning atmosphere with panoramic views of Lac de Lavalette. Enjoying a great location, a few meters from the Lavalette nautical base, playground for children and many hiking/mountain biking trails close to the chalet. In order to enjoy our beautiful region even more and the summer temperatures, the cottage "Les Berges du Lac" is equipped with a swimming pool! It will be started for the summer period 2025.
