Absolutely amazing! This cozy and modern studio is a real godsend. The breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur is simply magical, making every morning and evening an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself is a small gem: modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The fitted kitchen is perfectly equipped and the living room invites you to linger. This place is the ideal base for enjoying Paris to the fullest. You dive right into the vibrant Parisian life and at the same time have a quiet and stylish retreat. We highly recommend this studio and would stay again anytime! A real highlight of our Paris trip!

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

From start to finish everything was perfect. Communication was excellent and the apartment was just what we needed whilst visiting Euro Disney. Highly recommended, and if we visit again, we would not look for anywhere else to stay.

Host was very friendly and helpful, place was as described and very clean. Location is not walkable to tourist spots but there is a train station right outside the front door, walkable to pharmacy, grocery store and a few pubs/cafes. Has a washer but no electric dryer, only hang to dry. Coffee pot, tea kettle, hair dryer and iron.

Thank you. We had a great time. Very responsive and always helpful. Btw the location is PRIME - everything we wanted to do/see was mostly walking distance or a short metro ride away. Would like to come back here if I ever visit Paris again.

Jean-Michel was a wonderful and responsive host. We loved the apartment, the energy of the neighborhood, and how easy it was to get wherever we wanted to be. It was everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in Paris!

Gerard was hospitable and available. The ideal location of the apartment (close to the metro and bus) to reach other areas and the center of Paris, a quiet and safe area. Highly recommended

The apartment is very nice and well divided. It's perfect for 4 people. But there are also five of us doing fine.

Very good location, about 20' walk to Disney or bus stop very close by. Very quiet residential area, close to bakery and shopping center with restaurants and shops. Small apartment, but enough for a family of 4 a few days. Very fluid communication with the owner. The only glue, for looking for something, little space in the kitchen for belongings and does not have an extractor hood. In short, it's great for a family who wants to visit Disney.
