Monthly Rentals in Bari

The apartment is located in the middle of Bari's Old Town. Very close within walking distance, it is both from Bari's shopping street and restaurants and the promenade. The train station is located 15 minutes walking if anyone decides to take a train for exploring neighbouring towns. We had an arrangement and the host Marco had provided us with transportation from the airport, which for us was a big plus given that our flight was late and we gave up after 8 in the evening. The instructions for the use of the apartment were very clear, however, on site, Marco explained everything to us again. As questions arise about our stay, Marco was quick to respond to them, going out of his way to make his own short guide as well regarding places to eat with local cuisine, pizzerias, and for coffee. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! Hope to have the opportunity to go again!

The property is perfect to absorb the special atmosphere of the old town. Also my starting points for day tours were just minutes walking. I had a wonderful stay and would book the place again anytime I should I return.

Casa Margherita is spacious and comfortable. The central location really could not be better. The views of the old town and central square from the many windows and balcony are excellent (although the sounds from partiers on a Friday or Saturday night could be bothersome to some). We would have appreciated a few more short-stay niceties like paper towels and salt and pepper and owner suggestions/favorites but that’s minor. All in all a great place.

Annamaria’s place was superb, well equipped, extremely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Location in the heart of the old town with restaurants and bars all nearby. Gaetano was also extremely helpful with suggestions and advice. All in all fabulous accommodation and excellent hosts.
