Monthly Rentals in Larimer Square Historic District

Quant apartment in the heart of downtown Denver. Worked extremely well for my stay there. The amenities were as described. Great layout of the apartment, bed was comfy and views from the balcony were beautiful! At no fault of Susan being in downtown Denver was noisy but as was to expected.

I stayed here almost two months and really enjoyed it. It’s a perfect studio for 1 or 2 people and is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing and the building/parking is very secure. Kelli is also helpful and great at communicating. Would love to stay again in the future.

It’s located near a very nice area with lots of restaurants and cute shops. The place was very clean and everything worked well. In my opinion is a little small for long-term stays, but besides that it’s perfect. Deanna was very friendly and helpful too.

good stay! the flat could easily be turned into a 10/10 with (1) better cleaning and (2) water filter + new shower head. either way, location is unbeatable and the building is very convenient. Jason is great as well.
