Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Valoisa, rauhallinen, moderni ja tyylikäs pieni huoneisto Leenalan kaupunginosassa. Huoneistossa on 140 cm leveä parisänky ja 80 cm leveä daybed, josta saa muodostettua 1-2 lisäsänkyä. Kesähelteillä voit viilentää huoneistoa sen omalla jäähdyttimellä. Uimahalli, jäähalli, hybridiareena, tapahtumapuisto lähes vieressä (0,6 km). Meripuisto, Santahaan ulkoliikunta-alueet, keskussairaala, teatteri, Snellman musiikkikeskus, juna-asema noin 15 min kävelymatkan päässä (1,2-1,5km).

'Merilokki'- saunallinen kaksio lähellä merta

Saunallinen kaksio merellisellä alueella lähellä Kokkolan Meripuistoa. Siisti, rauhallinen asunto 1. kerroksessa. Lähellä skeittaus-, ulkoilu- ja lenkkeilyalueita, talvella hiihtoladut, neljä kesäravintolaa sekä pienvenesatama ja meripuisto, jossa hiekkaranta. Kaupunkiin noin 2 km. Lasitettu parveke. Lähistöllä myös mm. uimahalli, jäähalli, pururata ja maastopolkuja. Risteilyalus majakkasaareen viereisestö satamasta. Huom: Ei suoraa merinäköalaa asunnosta.

StrandRo - Cottage by the lake

Welcome! Villa StrandRo is a cozy and peaceful cottage by the lake. A marked nature trail starts right next to the cottage, a children’s playground is about one kilometer away, and both a rowing boat and a barrel sauna – available all year round – are free to use. We live in the same yard with our two school-aged children, and we are happy to help or share tips about the best local experiences if you wish. We also rent out SUP boards.

Jakob Oasis

Vi erbjuder en fräsch och modern stuga på lugnt och naturnära läge med utsikt över Alholmsfjärden. Stugan är lokaliserad endast tre km från Jakobstads centrum. Stugan består av 40 välplanerade kvadratmeter med bl.a ; välutrustat kök med matservis för tio personer, tv, grill, bastu samt uppvärmd utepool samt en egen privat strand och stor terrass. För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

A fresh and cosy guest house with a sauna, with a nice sea view, located in a bay in the archipelago of Maxmo ca ½ h drive from Vaasa. For 2 adults (not suitable for children, but small infants possible). It is very well equipped and located only 15 m from the shore line. Suitable for use all around the year (electrical floor heating and A/C). The hosts are availible most of the time, and speak English, Swedish and Finnish.

Nybyggt strandhus på fridfullt läge med privat strand och brygga. 2,5 km in till Jakobstads centrum och fina motionsspår nära. Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.

Fridfull villa vid sjön. Yta: 80 m2 inomhus + stor terrass och utebastu Antal bäddplatser är 6 separata sängar. Rum: Kök, vardagsrum, 3 sovrum, hall, badrum +bastu Faciliteter: öppen spis, kylskåp/frys, elektrisk spis och ugn, diskmaskin,microvågsugn, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare. På gården finns ytterligare en strandbastu.

Sigges Inn

Sigges Inn är ett eget boende på ca 70 m2 bestående av kök, 2 sovrum, badrum samt vardagsrum. Dessutom så finns en stor terrass (100m2) samt en inglasad terrass (30m2) med utekök att tillgå. Boendet är lämpligt både för ett par eller en familj. Husdjur är också tillåtna. Frukost kan beställas mot skild avgift.
