Beautiful renovated and cozy house that offers all the comforts you need on your vacation. Two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen and living room with TV and channels in different languages. Wifi, terrace and outdoor area with bbq, palm trees and fruit trees. Easy access to park. 20 minute drive to Playa del Inglés or the northern area of the island (San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Tejeda...). It is the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature.

It is located less than 10 minutes by car from the paradisiacal beaches and coves in the north of the island. The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
