The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Cute little house, right in front of the sea! Very quiet, nestled in a peaceful hamlet. On the 1st floor, the bedroom and terrace have very nice views of the sea, volcanoes and salt flats! Downstairs, there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 (see photos!). Several corners to sit for breakfast, aperitif, snack, chat or read! And lots of info about the island! It has hammocks, an electric iron, a sink, an outdoor shower, a bathtub... you can cook and eat while enjoying the views. In the afternoons, there is nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunsets and starry nights in the bathtub.

Casa Tres Islas - A beautiful cottage by the sea

A relaxing cottage directly by the sea. This escape from the everyday has been in the family since it was built in the early 60s and contains works by local family artist MargaMod. With waves rolling by outside the front door and views of La Graciosa, Montaña Clara and Alegranza, this perfectly situated cottage is a place to relax and reconnect with nature - wonderful for writers and inspiration-seekers.
