Monthly Rentals in Las Piñas

Had a great stay! The location was perfect-inside a private subdivision—and the space was spotless and very well-maintained. The amenities were complete, making it feel just like home, and communication was smooth and super responsive throughout. The only small challenge was parking, which could be a bit tricky at times, but everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was spotlessly clean, smelled great, and I didn’t see a single insect the whole time—which isn’t always the case in other places. What I really loved was the PS4 and the huge TV, a real standout compared to other units I’ve stayed in. The owner was super responsive and made everything easy. Check-in was hassle-free, and all the necessary information was provided right away. It was a smooth, comfortable experience overall, and I’ll definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Culai was a very good host. She took care of us and attend to us very well. The space was nice and very homeyy. Culai and the unit itself is great ☺️

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything about this place was perfect - from the cleanliness and comfort. The location was ideal, parking space is really helpful, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
