4 Bedroom house with private pool and spa

4 bedroom 1800+ square feet located on the south side of Las Vegas 10 minutes from the strip. This house is perfect for a family getaway. The spacious backyard is professionally landscaped with updated pool and spa. The pool may be heated for an additional fee which varies on temp outside. It has remote control for pool lights and spa. The waterfall is not opperational. There are no parties, gatherings, or other such things allowed in the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any point in the stay.
