Holiday rentals with breakfast in Las Vegas

Esti’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Me and my friends absolutely loved this house and wished we could have stayed longer. Esti responded immediately to all of my messages and gave very clear checkin and checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

Recommended place! We stayed for 2 nights during a roadtrip through CA, NV, AZ and UT. The place is clean and was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. Given the outdoor temperatures, we appreciated to be able to park the car in the garage. We had a couple of questions and got help very swiftly, with Matt even coming to us to help on-site. We appreciated the amenities provided. While the swimming pool itself was not yet warm enough this time of year, we enjoyed the hot tub. It takes a quick message to the host, to get it heated in 30 mins. What might be best of all, is that the house is located near the Vegas Strip (5 mins drive), but in a quiet neighborhood, away from all the noise. Thanks for letting us stay in your place!

We loved the place. Very spacious, nice and clean. Pool area is amazing and lots of space: Communication with the host was great. Great for family time and home entertainment. 5 stars

This was the first time that we stayed in Airbnb and have to say Cindy and Keith (and Kash) are AWESOME hosts! Since day 1 they make you feel at home and as my sister and I said, they were like our adoptive parents for a weekend :) House was always clean, the room was great, clean and had everything to make us feel like home and comfortable. Shared areas were also clean and had everything, also bathroom was always clean. They also helped me out with WiFi because of my work (I really appreciate it) and even Cindy drove my sister and I off to the sphere. We highly recommend to stay with Keith and Cindy if you have the opportunity, we will when we come back to Las Vegas. Miss you guys already, and give Kash a hug from our part. It was a great stay. The home washer and dryer was a must. It was very spacious and I love the dishwasher. I was actually looking to purchase a vacation home and the neighborhood and a few other communities in the area is a great area. It’s peaceful, minutes from grocery stores, shopping and attractions. I like that it is a kid friendly community with a nearby park.

It was a wonderful experience. Very quite neighborhood and close to all the fun stuff to do. Lots of stairs I got my steps in.

There were air freshener plug-ins in every room and the smell was so overwhelming. We have asthma and allergy issues which was a serious concern. We had to unplug all of them and air out the house. The sheets were also laundered in fragrant soap. Otherwise, the house was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time with family.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and clean place in Summerlin, Las Vegas. The home is exactly as described—comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, gated community that felt very safe. Accessing the property was super easy, and everything I needed was right there. Whether you’re in town for work or relaxation, this spot is perfect. Highly recommend!

OMG!! What a hidden gem. I would recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to have the Vegas experience without staying directly on the strip. It’s conveniently close to absolutely every Vegas has to offer. Literally minutes to the strip. Palms was a stone throw away. Also had parking for our rental car! Sasha rocks. She was super responsive and had every amenity under the sun! Even our favorite toothpaste! Saying this place is clean is an understatement it was impeccable! Sasha went above and beyond with all of our questions. She had passes for red rock canyon which we unfortunately couldn’t get to see but we will next time! It was 43 mins from the Hoover dam and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! We were able to see both! I love this place it felt like a home away from home. We WILL be staying there again!! Thanks Sasha you will be hearing from us sooner than later!
