It is a very peaceful location surrounded by nature and within a 5 min walk of the village centre. The perfect place to discover the Cevennes and the south of France. Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

It is located in a very quiet area on 3 hectares of forest, with a pleasant terrace to the south where you can have your meals, nap, drink an aperitif while making your barbecue in the summer kitchen. We recently had a natural swimming pool installed, located at the bottom of the house.
