Truly beautiful villa! The photos simply do not do this place justice - this wonderful ‘wow’ factor home & surroundings are gorgeous. My family felt immediately at home & relaxed. Villa was clean, well stocked with equipment & our hosts Eleni & Marinos were lovely - both on hand when required & respectful of our privacy. We received a welcome package which was very thoughtful. Filter machine meant no need for bottled water. We walked up to Old Hersonissos a couple of times & enjoyed some lovely food & a little shopping in a vibrant atmosphere. Also we went shopping down in Limenas Chersonisou. We enjoyed BBQ at our villa, eating outside during a full super moon! 🌖 The mountain, the sea view & the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The outdoor gazebo area is fantastic for chilling day or night, with cold drinks (or ice creams) immediately on hand from the outdoor fridge. A/C great for all different areas, but the breeze was just as nice sometimes in the main area. Highly recommend 😊

For those looking for peace and quiet, this is the ideal destination! In the middle of the beautiful Cretan nature, and yet close to the nice hippie town of Matala, but also within driving distance of the mountains and other beautiful locations. Those who brave the steep road up to the property will be rewarded with amazing mountain and sea views. Kitsa was the ideal hostess we could always go to. This house is also fine for longer stays: Kitsa offered extra services such as fresh sheets, towels, an extra cleaning moment and maintenance of the swimming pool. In full summer it will be nice to stay on the edge of and in the water, but at the beginning of April it is still a bit too cold. Extra: there were nice local welcome treats. We were able to enjoy the well-equipped house, the beautiful terrace, the sheep in the distance, the beautiful sunsets and especially the tranquility! Highly recommended in the south of Crete!

A fantastic villa with a wonderful host. Emmanouil was great from booking, with a few questions we had before we arrived, to check in, during our stay and also for checking out. So pleasant and helpful. The Villa was really clean and modern, well furnished and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We had a great stay! We were five adults a two year old and a baby. Manolis was quick to answer, he welcomed us to the Villa, and gave us a tour of the place. He was quick to respond and very friendly. He also went out of his way, and helped us checkout different places to rent a car before we arrived. The swimming pool was a huge hit! And the hamam was very nice as well! Though I was happy I had read that you are very close with the appartments at the hotel, when you are at the pool! Didn’t bother us. We grilled several times and enjoyed staying outside. Flights are flying over the area, and that was also a big hit with the two year old:) I strongly recommend this place weather it be for a chill vacation at the pool, or Amore active one driving around to the cozy cities around the area.

Great villa perched up on a hillside, with stunning sea view. You definitely need a hire car as nothing much within walking distance but this was clear when we booked. Three lovely bedrooms, 2 en-suite. The outdoor kitchen is a really good feature. Friendly host who was flexible with check in and out times. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was a wonderful stop on our Greece trip! My family and I loved our stay here. It is a bit out of town (Bali is just a few minutes drive down the street, and very cute!), but it was great to use as a base to drive and explore the island. The house is great, plenty of space with a pool we loved using. Sunsets from the multiple balconies were undoubtedly one of our favorite parts of this place. There is a beach across the road within walking distance, but we preferred to drive just for comfort. But finally - Emmanuel and Yannis were absolutely wonderful hosts! Great communication, always kind and welcoming, ready to assist us with any requests. And the breakfasts delivered every morning were a true treat! Glad we found this place, we loved our stay at Villa Dioni!!

We had a very pleasant stay (10 days in October) in Villa Elaia. The surrounding landscape is beautiful with a nice view of the mountains and the sea. The villa is very accomodating and cosy with charming furniture and details. However, some of the appliances and furniture could need repair or renewal. (Nothing that really bothered us, but you should not expect brand new interior.) Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Noteworthy for musicians to avoid disappointment: the piano is a beautiful instrument, but unfortunately not in "playing condition". Wifi was not very stable. When we notified of issues, Maria-Ioanna replied immediately and her husband came to check, but the problem seemed to be on the provider´s/satellite´s side, so out of their reach. If you are not dependent on Wifi for work (it´s vacation after all ;-) ), streaming or gaming, it is working sufficiently well. Overall, we felt very at ease and enjoyed our stay, so that I can definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Thanos' villa. Thanos was so welcoming and helpful, he couldn't do enough for us. The villa was very well appointed, we had everything we needed, including two adorable stray cats.

We were eight women who spent a week at Villa Rodea. Had an amazing time, the view is wonderful and we had an uncomplicated care by the Komos team. We'll be back.

The pictures don’t do this view justice. It’s breathtaking! The home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is wonderful. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed time at the beach. Most of the immediate area was already shut down for the season during our stay but there is a lovely area about a mile walk away. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the coffee shops and restaurants. The house and rooms were fantastic and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we left some glasses at a restaurant. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Our stay at Mama La Roosa Villa was a dream. Petros was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing stay in Agia Pelagia. The villa was stunning - it had gorgeous ocean views from every angle, beautiful landscaping, and a modern design with every amenity needed for our trip. The villa felt quiet, private, and safe. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool and backyard dining area so much that we decided to skip the beach! The warm hospitality from Petros is what made the stay - he arranged reservations at the best local restaurants and wineries. We felt that we were able to truly experience Greece thanks to our stay with Petros at Mama La Roosa Villa. We wish we could stay longer and can’t wait to return. Thank you Petros for an unforgettable experience!

Here's a very nice but clear review: ⸻ We were received extremely friendly upon our arrival – a perfect start to an all-round successful stay. The accommodation is top in every way: modern, clean and superbly equipped. Particularly noteworthy is the quiet location directly on the sea – absolutely idyllic. The garden area is lovingly maintained and invites you to relax. The highlight was the heated private pool, which made for perfect swimming even on cooler days. We felt very comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week! The hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Vaggelis were lovely and full of special touches. They were responsive and always available and attentive, making sure we didn't miss anything. Tina, who welcomed us on the first day was also very attentive and super caring towards us! As for the villa, it was perfect from every point of view! The listing photos match reality! I would even say that it was beyond what was indicated! The impeccable cleanliness, the services offered, the decoration and design of the house, not to mention this incredible view of the sea and the island of Spinalonga. We adored our stay and are so grateful to the owner, Ana Luisa, Marilou, Maria and the team for their kindness and thoughtfulness. Beautiful, remote location. (You’ll need to hire a car). Stunning house and design elements. And such a thoughtful range of help on offer - massages, food, cleaning, etc. Would highly recommend and hope to return. A real gem in a less touristy part of Crete. Quick drive to some amazing mountain towns, and not too far from the airport. Great for families. Enormous thanks!

From the moment we arrived , we were welcomed in the most beautiful way, an aperitif waiting for us to come! Despite the language barrier, our hosts have always done their best to explain the rules of hosting in case of problems. I want to thank our hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality, thanks to them the stay which was already amazing has become even more unforgettable!

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

This was an absolutely gorgeous property. It was spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. The pool and garden are beautiful. This property also felt private while being a short drive to the downtown area with all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. Would 100% recommend this property!

Check-in and check-out was super easy. Our host was very accommodating. There was a nice and delicious host gift to get in. When the vacuum cleaner was broken, he picked it up and brought it back a few days later. The villa is slightly elevated overlooking the infinity pool, associated olive grove and Malia. The view is gorgeous. You are lonely (except for the crickets), but still within 10 minutes walking in the city, where there are a bakery with delicious cakes and baguette / croissants in addition to several supermarkets, lots of restaurants, right by the church. The house is equipped with everything you could need. It is nicely decorated, with decoration, many pictures and books (also which in German). There is a foosball that we liked to use. The pool is gorgeous, about 1.40 m deep (our son is 1.44 m tall and was able to hold your head over water on your toes. The pool may be 6m x 3.50m. It's just appreciated. He was enough for us. It is nice that often despite the 30 - 32 degrees Celsius a light wind went, so it was a lot of fun to stay in and around the pool. We were able to park our rental car under a carob tree on the property, so that it was always in the shade. We highly recommend staying at Villa Verde.

This place is amazing! Beautiful and very peaceful. Looks exactly like the photos. Kostantinos was an amazing host. He walked us through at check-in and showed us everything.

We stayed in this villa for a week, the location was great with a lovely local town just a short walk away, The villa is in a very nice quiet location and only a short drive from the capital and other towns too, Dimitrios is a great host, offered us plenty of recommendations and checked in often to make sure everything was perfect with our stay, would definitely stay with him again.

Had a fantastic stay at the apartment, great host and very responsive. Apartment was as described and more, the pictures do not do it justice. Really lovely touches to make you feel at home straight away, including groceries and local produce waiting for us on arrival. Loved the stay and would come back!
