"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia.
