Languedoc Country Stone house

A typical French stone house of the area with open plan kitchen, living space with French doors to a beautiful pool (8x4), and enclosed gardens. The house itself has a downstairs master bedroom with luxurious Ensuite. Two further bedrooms, one double and a twin upstairs sharing a second bathroom. Our stone house also benefits from an attached studio for additional family members including double bed, washer, dryer, sink and an extra bathroom, perfect for access when sunbathing near the pool !

The little blue house

Set in the vineyards of the Haut Languedoc National Park, the medieval hamlet of Soumartre is an oasis of peace. Overlooking a beautiful wooded valley, this charming and characterful 17th century rural retreat has been renovated to provide a lovely holiday home. There's plenty of wild swimming in rivers and lakes, with the beach 30 mins away. Excellent dining and shops in nearby villages and towns. Explore the land of the Cathars, enjoy great walking and star-gazing under a clear night sky.

The studio of Saint Mart'. New and Cozy :-)

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . The Blue Villa

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with a pool with lots of room for fun. Located between the sea and the mountains. At the entrance of a small village with seven hills in the heart of a vineyard of character. Shops nearby in the village. (grocery store with bread and tobacco, hairdresser, pizzeria, bar 10 minutes from Béziers, 30 minutes from the beaches and 1.5 hours from the mountains. 10 minutes from the highway towards Narbonne, Carcassonne, Montpellier.

Warm and clean air-conditioned studio, with every comfort, very quiet, 21 m², with a separate entrance for privacy. Welcome coffee, espresso, tea, mineral water, madeleines, milk, butter, croissant, jam, microwave, BICYCLES available to borrow Close to LES GRANDS BUFFETS, Sigean Zoo, the town centre and the beaches. Free parking for your vehicle 10 metres away (motorcycle garage) Line B bus to the city centre nearby. A 32-inch TV is available for you to use in the studio.

Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.
