Our home features: - 2 x double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with a double sofa bed) - 1 x bunk bed room for 2 x kids Easy access to the Alps and neighbouring France; 15 min walk to train station; 10 min walk to bus. As we usually live here, our home is fully equipped for families/couples.

The charm, the character and the breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the mountains will definitely seduce you! One parking space & various services (Cleaning, Laundry, Storage, …) related to living complete the offer.

Vacation between lake and mountains!

Family home with 4 rooms for 4-5 non-smoking people. Two steps from Lake Geneva, the medieval village of Lutry, its famous beach. At the gates of Lavaux (Unesco site) many hikes in the vineyards and by the lake, directly from the house. Go from the port de Lutry with the beautiful paddle boats, Belle Epoque, and walk along the coasts to Vevey, Montreux and the Chateau de Chillon. In 50’ by car, the Alps and their 1st stations: Villars, Leysin… Verbier in 1 hour 15 minutes.

The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, the first floor has two bedrooms, one with a shared bathroom while the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The ground floor includes a bedroom, a shower room with toilet and laundry room, a spacious and bright living room with a large bay window, a discreet fireplace and a semi-pro kitchen in stainless steel. The kitchen comes with a large garden overlooking the lake.
