Water softener system, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. the ceiling is 9 feet high, which makes this space very spacious. the loft is a fully private accommodation. (not shared) we are on site 24 hours a day in a private apartment. a very safe place. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and close to all services. the loft is a 10-minute walk from the metro, there is a bus stop on the corner that goes directly to the metro.

My cozy little studio is located in the mountains, in the middle of a flower garden, with access to a lake, hiking trails and a bike path. In winter, you are very close to ski slopes and an ice rink. PLEASE NOTE: The house is in the mountains and there is a stone staircase to climb to access it.
