If you're looking for a place to kick back and relax in style look no further. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

You enter through the back porch and MUST GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS to the suite. Located on the edge of the South Wedge/Highland Park area of Rochester it is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Highland Park and the thruway 490. It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River.
