College Suite: Travel back in time to a period of exquisite craftsmanship. We have available the newly refinished 3rd floor of our historic mansion. There are two charming bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with spacious subway tile walkin shower, a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, sink, coffeemaker...NO stove), and your own private washer and dryer. All with hardwood floors and plenty of light from the skylights. There are two flights of stairs to reach this fun and beautiful apartment.

We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.
