Quiet, relaxation and well-being

In the heart of the Cathar Pyrenees, 45 mins from Carcassonne and 1.5 hours from the sea, this accommodation, a real haven of peace, has been built and furnished with love for your well-being. Located 2 km above the village of Chalabre where you can find all the amenities of a village of 1000 inhabitants, you will stay in the middle of a property of 75 hectares facing the Pyrenees chain. The estate also welcomes mountain bikers as well as horse riders and their horses.

Grandpa's Workshop

Former textile workshop rehabilitated into a warm family home. Its spacious and elegant main room made up of 12 walls is lit from sunrise to sunset. Located 30 minutes from the Monts d'Olmes ski resort, 20 minutes from Lake Montbel and close to the Cathar castles (20 minutes in Montségur) and 2 minutes from the greenway. We recommend walks to Roquefixade, the Frau gorges or the Fontestorbe fountain and a few summer evenings at the Roquefort waterfalls reception.

My place is close to Mirepoix, Foix, Montségur, art and culture, stunning views, winter skiing with the Monts d'Olmes resort. You'll love my place because of the tranquility of a pleasant village. My place is good for couples, friends, and families (with or without kids), and if you like meals in a friendly atmosphere we can offer you the table d'hôte, who knows maybe a surprise will be associated with it, an evening full of tales and stories...!

Small cottage for 4 people with roof terrace, located in a small quiet village surrounded by nature, 8 km from Mirepoix (medieval city), in a region with many historical sites (Cathar castles, and prehistoric caves adorned with cave paintings). There are many hiking trails and many places to visit, underground river, museums, Prehistory Park, hot springs, intermittent fountain and of course the castles, caves and medieval cities.
