This beautiful air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment is located in a holiday residence in the countryside, 15 minutes from the centre of Montpellier and 20 minutes from the beaches. Air-conditioned living room and bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (fully equipped) From its terrace, you can enjoy a very nice view of the Patio and its swimming pool, which you share with the 9 other accommodation units on site. Each has its own secure parking space. Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi from 15 April to 30 September, sauna all year round, billiards, table football.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is self-contained with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.
