Enjoy the cozy and uncluttered style of this apartment located less than 5 km from Place de la Comédie, Gare Saint Roch and 15 km from the beach. At the end of 2022 we made the crazy bet to completely renovate a house from the 1960s, in order to make it a friendly place where calm and well-being reign. The house is divided into 3 spaces. We live upstairs, the apartment is on the ground floor adjoining the yoga studio. You will surely meet our little Loki, a very sociable little dog.

Completely refurbished, Le Naturel is located in the heart of a pretty town bordering Montpellier. On the 2nd and top floor, the terrace allows you to peacefully enjoy the outdoors. The separate bedroom has a 140*200 bed and opens onto the bathroom for a nice private space. The kitchen is open to the living area bathed in light. All shops are 2 minutes away. Tram 2 "St Jean de Vedas Centre" is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking spaces at the bottom of the building.

Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Welcome to the village of Lavérune west of Montpellier. Linen provided (sheets, towels). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side with a barbecue and umbrella to enjoy the sun. A bay window overlooks the garden. Animals allowed. Check-in is self-contained with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest

In a small condominium of 3 lots, cozy 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your shower room/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No stove/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site. Montpellier is a 5-minute drive, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to access the front porch of the accommodation.
