Elle offre 2 chambres (18m2 et 12m2) climatisées avec lits en 160x200, deux salles de bains avec WC, un espace bureau, un salon cosy, une cuisine/salle-à-manger et une buanderie/rangement où vous pourrez entreposer 2-roues, valises etc. Le logement est proche d'un grand parc aux arbres centenaires et des commerces se trouvent à proximité.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is self-contained with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.
