The 65 m² Penthouse offers a magnificent 360° view from its 50 m² terrace. Here, luxury lies in the spaciousness of the rooms and the terrace, as well as in the tranquillity. There are no neighbours overlooking, and you will be on the second and top floor of this small, Mediterranean-inspired, architect-designed building. The terrace features a small, unheated summer pool (pistoche) and a private sauna. The large main pool and the hot tub are heated from 15 April to 30 September.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is self-contained with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.
