Upstairs bathroom and one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190. The staircase to the upstairs is steep so it can be difficult for the elderly. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000".
