The cottage is well insulated and stays cool during heatwaves, It is rated 3*, with no tourist tax. Le Haras des Souches is not an equestrian center. The entrance is separate from the Norman farmhouse that I have just restored. Set on 4 hectares on the edge of a forest. 3 km from Pavilly, on the Rouen–Dieppe, Amiens–Le Havre route. The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

La Maison de Melmont

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

6-person gîte – Château's wooded park

We have converted the former stables of the château into this gîte. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is a great place for the whole family to relax. Large equipped kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. Enclosed, private garden with a terrace offering magnificent sunsets. A bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and a shower room; upstairs, a family bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a space with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a bath-shower and double washbasin.
