The infinity pool, the terrace of which extends into the beach, looks very beautiful. It is surrounded by a wrought iron fence to guarantee the safety of children. To complete this relaxation space, you can also enjoy a 7-seater infinity and waterfall Spa. The dominant view of the sea, the golf course and the hills alone represents a major asset, but you will also appreciate its charm and tranquility, while being close to the beaches, the city center, its shops and its activities. A parking lot secured by an automatic gate can accommodate 3 to 4 cars. The garage is not accessible, it is reserved for our personal belongings. The large living room with large bay windows faces the superb landscape and gives access to the various terraces in the day area. The American kitchen adjoining the living room is perfectly equipped with the appliances essential to your culinary well-being. Cleaning and linen are included in the price (towels, beach towels, sheets). Also, we work with a concierge who will take care of cleaning before your arrival as well as check-in/check-out. They will also be available in case of problems during your stay.

The house is surrounded by one hectare of pine forest and garden, with almond, fig and lemon trees. This house was the workshop of the painter Jean Miotte (1926-2016), it is a place bathed in light. In winter, the beautiful central fireplace allows you to enjoy evenings by the fire while enjoying Provence during the day.
